Individual Artist Category

This award recognizes an Arizona artist of significant merit, leadership or renown whose creations or contributions enrich the state and the field of the arts. This category is open to artists of all artistic disciplines.
Criteria:

  • Demonstration of strong artistic impact through previous honors and awards; critical reviews about the artist; stories or reviews of the nominee.
  • Demonstration of the artist’s personal contribution to the field of artistic practice.
